We're Here To Help

We know that times are hard for many people right now. We are here to help and can provide emergency food supplies if you live in Exmouth or the surrounding areas including Lympstone, Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton.

We are based at the Salvation Army Hall, Sheppards Row Exmouth EX8 1PW.  You can collect your pre-arranged food parcels or pop in if you are self-referring on:

Tuesdays between 13:30 and 15:00
Fridays between 13:30 and 15:00

Supplies we are currently short of 

During the first quarter of each year we historically see a demand in our services as families and individuals cope with the aftermath of Christmas plus the increasing cost of household bills. 2025 is no exception and we are keen to replenish our core stocks so that we can continue to support families and individuals in need.

If you are thinking of donating food to us we would really appreciate following items:

• Cereals 
• Porridge oats & instant porridge
• Pasta
• Stir in pasta/pasta bake sauces                 
• Tinned fruit
• Tinned vegetables (sweetcorn, mixed veg)
• Fruit squash/juice
• Longlife milk
• Shampoo & conditioner
