Volunteers

We collect personal information from volunteers so that they can operate safely in our organisation and we can support them in their day to day roles. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest.

Food bank Clients

Exmouth Food Bank needs to hold some personal data about individuals who contact us so that we can supply the right amount and type of food. We either collect this information from individuals directly or via a referral from a support agency. Our legal basis for using this information is legitimate interest as we need the information to respond to requests for food assistance.
