Getting help from Exmouth Food BankIt’s OK to ask for help - that’s what we are here for!

For emergency short-term help with food you can either contact Exmouth Food Bank and refer yourself or be referred by an agency that is supporting you.

Email: help@exmouthfoodbank.org.uk

Phone: 07749 322 291

You will need to provide the following information:

We will then arrange a food parcel for you to collect and will confirm details with you via email/phone. In some circumstances, where a collection is not possible, we may arrange a delivery. See here for more information.

You can contact the Food Bank yourself in the first instance. We will then do our best to signpost you on to one of the local agencies that we work with, such as Citizens Advice, Open Door or East Devon District Council, who can offer practical help with the underlying cause of your food emergency or financial hardship. The agency will then make referrals to the Food Bank on your behalf for each week that emergency food is needed. They will also advise us if you are unable to collect your food in person and require a delivery.

See 'Getting a referral' for more information.
