Referral Process For Agencies

If you are a front line professional such as a doctor, health visitor, social worker, probation officer, housing officer or teacher you can refer individuals who need emergency support with food to the Exmouth Food Bank. 

Please make sure that you gain consent from the individual that you are working with to share their personal details with us, then complete the referral form below. Forms should be completed by the agency rather than the client and emailed to: help@exmouthfoodbank.org.uk. We will confirm receipt of your email and provide further details about when the food will be delivered. 

We rely entirely on donations for the food we supply and want to ensure we are supporting the right people at the right time and that they in turn are receiving the professional help they need to get back on track. We therefore ask that you email the Exmouth Food Bank each week that, in your professional opinion, an individual requires emergency food support.
